Please enclose a copy of the company logo that you'd like to put at the top of your Homepage.
The copy of your logo must be clean. The format of your logo should be one of the followings:

• Color copy on clean white paper - No photocopies please.
• Digitized copy on a floppy disk (.bmp, .gif, .pict, .jpeg, .tiff, .pds and etc.)

Write a sentence that can best describes your company, products or services

5. Products Photos / Graphics

Two different product photos or graphics will be put on your home page. If you have more than two products that you want to list, refer to step 11. The size should be between 2" x 2" and 8.5" x 11." Please follow the guide lines at step 3 for pictures or graphics format.

6. Product Description Text

Please enclose product description in one the following formats:

• Text format (in 3.5" floppy disk)
• Microsoft word (any version) (in 3.5" floppy disk)
• WordPerfect or any other word processor files. (in 3.5" floppy disk)
• Hand writing or typing on a clean paper

Please note that your web page is limited to one 8.5" x 11" size. Also, specify which picture the description is for.
