The following cost estimates and time required for the completion of the work
are based on the following assumptions:

1) total area is 2,000 square feet wide, and needs only one team.

2) 3 layers of grinding, 3 layers of honing, and polishing with powdered abrasives are performed

3) each layer of grinding and honing takes 4 hours to complete

4) polishing needs 8 hours

5) depreciation costs for the equipment are 5% of the total equipment costs

6) management cost which includes taxes, insurance and profits are set 40% of the total net costs.
